The Milky Way in August
My first attempts at capturing the Milky Way galalxy’s “cloudy” appearance in the night sky.
For those interested, I used a heavy Manfrotto tripod, Canon 7D, Canon 10-22mm lense, 2-sec delay shutter trigger. Other on-camera settings of note: 30 second delay, ISO 4000, F/4.5.
This one is my very first frame of our galaxy…
